TERMS & CONDITIONS
There is a minimum two-night stay on weekends & long weekends, either Friday / Saturday or Saturday / Sunday.
- Advance bookings are recommended and we require a 50% deposit for confirmation.
- One night’s accommodation requires payment in full within 7 days of booking.
- A receipt will be sent, time permitting.
- We sometimes ask for a credit card number to "hold" as security. We accept Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa & Amex.
- Cheques should be made payable to "Twin Trees Country Cottages".
Late cancellations will incur a charge of up to the value of your deposit (if the cottage cannot be re-let to the same value) or a 10% handling fee if it is re-booked.
Check-in time is after 2pm, and before 7pm, thank you (9pm on Fridays only). Check-out is by 10 am. For late check outs please check with reception.
Office hours at Twin Trees are 8.30am-11.30am & 1.30pm-7.30pm with an after hours bell available at reception.
